QSR Shift Manager

Kulcha Patola is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, supervise team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Ensure food is prepared and served according to Kulcha Patola's quality standards.

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices in compliance with FSSAI guidelines.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Assign duties and manage staff scheduling during shifts.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

Reduce food wastage and control operational costs.

Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

Monitor kitchen and front-of-house performance to maintain service speed.

Train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service, and food safety.

Maintain restaurant equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Prepare daily shift reports and communicate operational updates to the Restaurant Manager.

Required Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), café, or restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or shift management role.

Experience with POS systems and cash management.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
