HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent for our hotel operations and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right fit for each role.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates for hotel departments like housekeeping, F&B, front office, and administration.

Job Posting & Sourcing : Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, and actively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.

Candidate Evaluation : Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

Employer Branding : Promote ITC Maratha as an employer of choice through career fairs, partnerships, and online engagement.

Recruitment Metrics : Maintain and analyze data on recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Compliance : Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of hospitality job roles and requirements is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary : ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
