Hotel Manager- Fairfield by Marriott

Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur Tonk Road is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a high level of service quality. The Hotel Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with Marriott International standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining Marriott’s high standards of service, addressing guest feedback, and handling complaints effectively.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with Marriott brand guidelines.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure profitability.

Manage, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to ensure optimal performance and employee satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as Marriott's corporate policies.

Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive occupancy, revenue, and market positioning.

Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction scores, and maintaining Marriott’s brand reputation.

Act as the face of the hotel, representing Fairfield by Marriott at key events and with local stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and innovative practices to continuously improve the hotel's offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations in premium hotels.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost control.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Familiarity with hotel management software and property management systems.

Understanding of Marriott International brand standards is preferred.
